Virutal Autism Awarness Event
Join us Saturday April 25th at 11 am cst/ 12 pm est for a live virtual workout to help bring awareness for Autism. Ayson, better known as ‘ACE’ is our owners nephew and he is Autistic. Every year we have our “GetFit for Ace” event during the month of April and this year will be no different even under the current circumstances. This will be an hour long workout made for all fitness levels, anyone will be able to complete this workout. There will be a $5 min donation to participate in the virtual bootcamp.
